This is performance art wear from my Duty-Free Paradise project, this design is from the ‘Secret Stations’ section. The target positions on the chest, reflects the continual vulnerability Asian and Pacific Islander female identifying bodies face everyday, help stop the violence of white supremacy and imperial dominant power hierarchical systems.

Items can be viewed in the Duty-Free Paradise Store at the Mills Gallery at Boston Center for the Arts on exhibition from January 20 through April 13, 2024. *
